Not received your daily diary via email?

Have you checked your spam folder? If so and it’s still not there, please try to register again to ensure you’ve entered the correct email address.

 

Unable to login?

Are you sure you’re entering the correct password? If not, please use the Forgotten Password link on the login page. Alternatively, please ensure that you have entered the correct email address.

 

Not receiving any data in your diary?

Did you allow the app to access your location? If not, you should be able to enable this in your Settings section. Alternatively, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Your diary isn’t up-to-date?

Your diary is generated at 7am for the previous day when you will receive your daily diary via email. This will contain a link to your online diary.

Where can I download the Android app?

During the Beta phase, the app is only available for iOS Users. The Android app will be coming later.

Will the app work on my device?

Currently the app is only available on iOS devices. We support the iPhone 5, 6 and 7 using software version iOS 8 and above.

Your diary information is sometimes a little inaccurate?

Occasionally your diary may miss events from throughout your day or contain some inaccuracies. This is sometimes due to external factors such as a poor network signal on your device or a flat battery, and sometimes it is due to imperfections in our complex processing algorithms. The app is still in Beta and we are continually working to improve the accuracy of all information captured so please bear with us.

How do I report any issues and suggest improvements?
